About
Founded in 1981 by Dr Germain Becker, Becker & Associates Orthodontics Practices has established itself as a group of practices in Luxembourg and Germany.
Since the takeover of the group in 2016 by his son Jean-Philippe Becker, the second generation continues to favour collaboration with experienced orthodontists, with the addition of new 3D technologies and artificial intelligence in the service of orthodontics.
The other challenge the second generation has set itself is to measure patient satisfaction instantly on a daily basis using a “Happy or Not” system, in order to quickly detect useful improvements for the friendliness of our employees, the functioning of the office, waiting times, etc.

Proximity
We are available for our patients 6 days a week from 7.30 a.m. to 6.15 p.m. by phone throughout the year. Networked operation makes it possible to quickly take care of orthodontic emergencies or even to change the location of the practice according to the patient’s professional schedule and home location.

In 2016, Jean-Philippe Becker took over the Becker & Associates Orthodontic Practices with the support of his sister Géraldine Becker and his wife Marlène Becker-Dubois. The trio’s ambition is to constantly improve orthodontic treatment by adding an additional dimension: to reduce the drama of the visit to the orthodontist and to continuously measure patient satisfaction according to the credo:

Upon request, we provide your dentist with controlled and secure access to your photos, X-rays and 3D impressions so that they can follow the progress of your orthodontic treatment. -

Upon request, you have immediate online access to your invoices and monthly payments, as well as to your photos, X-rays and 3D prints via the secure service of our Cloud Becker. -
SECURE DATA TRANSFER
If you have documents to send us (pdf, photos, scans, X-rays, etc.), simply send them to us via our secure internal system on our website by drag and drop.
